The link to download the DEC PTA current operating bylaws and standing rules.  The purpose of these bylaws is to ensure continuity of operations within the DEC PTA.  These bylaws and standing rules will be reviewed and updated by committee and membership vote every 5 years (per PA PTA guidelines.)
